Responsibilities
Perform on-site safety inspections and audits
Ensure adherence to OSHA and project-specific safety requirements
Lead safety meetings and employee trainings

Develop safety documentation including AHAs and PTPs
Partner with project leadership to maintain a safe work environment
Qualification
Required
OSHA 30 certification (documentation required)
1–4 years of construction safety experience
Familiarity with commercial construction or MEP projects preferred
Experience with safety documentation and training delivery
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Data center project exposure
Additional safety certifications (First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, MEWP, etc.)
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
