Tier 1 Technical Support Representative
NMSurf is seeking a Tier 1 Technical Support Representative to provide basic Internet troubleshooting for Wireless/Fiber Internet and VOIP services. The role involves assisting customers over the phone and in person, handling customer service inquiries, and supporting sales for incoming internet inquiries.

Responsibilities
Level 1 Technical Support which includes basic Internet trouble shooting for Wireless / Fiber Internet and VOIP services over the phone, via email, and in person
Help with configuring routers for customers over the phone and in person
Customer Service on the phone and in person
Sales for incoming internet inquiries with the ability to make commission on all sales
Occasionally help with billing with payments and questions about the bill
Various other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 1 year of technical support experience
Basic computer operating skills
Customer service skills
Communication skills
Ability to work as a team player
