Responsibilities

Oversee paid media strategy across digital (search, social, programmatic, display, video) and offline (TV, radio, print, OOH, sponsorships)
Oversee integrated paid and organic media strategy and implementation
Partner with agencies to develop integrated media plans aligned with marketing objectives and brand priorities
Monitor spend and pacing across channels to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and budget compliance
Evaluate opportunities for bringing media capabilities in-house to improve agility and cost-effectiveness
Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize spend
Report on key metrics and trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay ahead of emerging media trends, technologies, and platforms to identify new opportunities for growth
Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies, ensuring adherence to SLAs and performance standards
Collaborate with internal teams to align media strategies with broader marketing and business goals

Required

4–6 years of experience in media planning and buying across digital and traditional channels
Experience with multi-brand media activations

Hands-on experience with digital platforms and campaign optimization
Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in media analytics tools
Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance brand and performance objectives
Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
