Responsibilities

Managing a Domestic Violence docket within the Domestic Violence Unit and meeting with survivors and family members
Appearing in court on assigned docket days, partnering with community agencies, the Denver Police Department, and other criminal justice agencies to successfully serve survivors and build criminal cases
Assisting victims of domestic violence and their families through the criminal justice system
Performing other duties as assigned or requested by the District Attorney

Doctor of Jurisprudence DegreeAttorney experienceDomestic Violence experienceLicense to practice lawCommunity partnershipVictim assistance

Required

Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree
Three (3) years of experience as an attorney of law with experience in Domestic Violence
Possession of a license to practice law in Colorado from the Colorado Supreme Court at the time of application
