Responsibilities
Lead strategy, architecture, and implementation of scalable Generative AI solutions
Build cloud-native architectures and advanced RAG workflows
Integrate structured and unstructured data into secure, scalable AI systems
Develop data pipelines and agentic AI frameworks using Azure and open-source tools
Define test automation strategies and observability metrics (App Insights, Dynatrace)
Partner with Solution Architects on security, APIs, architecture, and automation
Serve as a subject matter expert and lead internal learning forums
Drive innovation, set strategic objectives, and influence enterprise AI direction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Science, AI, or equivalent experience
8+ years in AI engineering with deep GenAI and cloud architecture expertise
Advanced proficiency in Python, .NET, C#
Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Llama2, GPT‑4) and multi‑modal models
Expertise with GenAI tools
Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, Terraform, and API development
Strong CI/CD, automated testing, and observability knowledge
Background in ethical AI (bias detection, hallucination analysis, benchmarking)
Proven leadership, mentoring, and enterprise-scale delivery experience
