They are seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, provide support to the sales team, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Responsibilities
Enter orders, manage or escalate any concerns and ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers’ concerns
Work with price lists and/or other department heads to determine charges for products requested
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
Assist Outside Salesman with day to day needs
Maintain customer service email inbox to make sure all orders, issues, and questions are resolved in a timely manner
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Coordinate the shipment of certain orders
Customer management from order receipt, verification, entry through to shipment and follow-up
Prepares and sends quotes and provides written proposals to customers and potential customers
Assist with warranty and claim resolution
Schedule freight appointments and coordinate staff and other meetings
File and maintain all pertinent communications, order and shipping related records
Assist in the resolution of customer issues
Updates customer records
Customer order follow up & shipment notification
Other duties as assigned
