Product Strategy & Operations Manager, Commerce

The Product Strategy & Operations Manager will lead the go-to-market and product development strategy for performance commerce clients, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and regional sales teams to meet client advertising needs globally.

Responsibilities
Own the product development strategy and roadmap to grow revenue and meet client advertising needs globally
Develop a holistic approach to client-centric GTM operations to advance products and solutions through their lifecycle as well as advance the industry
Coordinate directly with regional leaders in product and sales to understand client requirements, and synchronize insights to build a global view of product and revenue opportunities
Collaborate with XFN teams on product GTM and adoption strategies which would include narratives, solutions packages, best practices and product recommendations
Develop sales education strategy and partner closely with subject matter experts in the sales org to ensure a high standard of product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience working within media in product marketing or product management (with a strong focus on performance marketing)
Expertise in media sales and performance marketing (specifically paid social media)
Strong knowledge of the eComm/Retail industry and media ecosystem
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals
Preferred
A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
