Account Executive
RevPilots is a SaaS-based intelligence platform focused on energy-infrastructure and renewable-power projects. They are seeking a Business Development Director to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and enhancing existing relationships through a proactive sales approach.

Responsibilities
Prospecting and Outreach: Identify potential clients and conduct outreach through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media
Presentations and Demonstrations: Effectively present our client's platform, showcasing its features and benefits to potential clients
Needs Analysis and Solution Selling: Understand client needs and develop tailored proposals, solutions, and competitive analysis to address pain points and demonstrate the value of our client's offerings
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations and secure new business deals
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients with emphasis on listening and follow-through to ensure long-term commitment, satisfaction, and growth
Market Research and Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, editorial, research, sales operations, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless sales process
Product and Client Champion: Act as the go-to product expert and advocate for clients, gathering feedback to enhance our client's service offerings
Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention, ensuring that services meet their needs and add value
Sales Process Efficiency: Streamline the sales process, ensuring timely and effective communication and handoffs between departments
Team Collaboration: Work effectively within cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems and software easily
Experience selling into trading/commodity shops and hedge funds in a pure hunting role
Hunters with experience successfully selling comparable (energy/power) products
Preferred
Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
