Printing Services
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair signs, displays, and related structures
Operate equipment such as ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, forklifts, and light power tools
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety guidelines
Communicate regularly with clients regarding installation status and needs
Work both independently and in a team to complete projects on time
Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in safe working condition
Perform troubleshooting and problemsolving for installation issues
Qualification
Required
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
Ability to read and follow blueprints or technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and complete on-the-job training
Compliance with company and industry safety regulations
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED is required
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
02 years of applicable experience
Prolonged periods of standing, bending, or climbing ladders
Must be able to lift and/or move 50+ pounds
Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights
Flexibility to lean over waist-high tables and load/remove substrates
Regularly required to talk or hear; frequent use of hands, fingers, tools, and controls
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus
Must be comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions
Travel may involve overnight stays up to 60% of the time
Must be willing and able to spend extended periods away from primary work location
Preferred
Understanding of electrical wiring and lighting (preferred for illuminated signs)
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification, preferred or willingness to become certified
Forklift, MEWP, and Bucket Truck certifications, preferred
