Inside Sales Specialist

Bridgestone Hosepower, LLC is a leading hydraulic and industrial hose supplier and repair specialist company. This growing company is currently seeking a motivated, energetic and customer oriented Inside Sales Representative for our branch.

Responsibilities

Works closely with Bridgestone HosePower field representatives and customers in communicating product availability
Minimize impact of customer service complaints and claims by reacting quickly and efficiently to resolve problem issues
Understanding and interpreting product requirements and providing information to customers
Fills orders and communicates expected delivery date
Assist with stocking and inventory
Answer phones and inquires
Order stock as assigned
Data entry of orders into computer
Dispatch mobile service trucks for on-site repairs

Qualification

Customer service experienceCounter sales experienceBasic computer skillsVerbal communication skillsTelephone etiquetteDependabilityProblem-solving skillsWritten communication skills

Required

Customer service and retail experience
Excellent telephone etiquette and problem-solving skills required
Basic computer skills and ability to learn Company computer systems
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be dependable and prompt

Preferred

Previous counter sales experience in an industrial environment a plus
