Responsibilities

Designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions within the ServiceNow platform
Delivering a high-quality technical solution in the ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) application
Implementing NowAssist and Virtual Agent components for a Help Desk servicing internal and external agency customers
Creating a seamless, user-friendly portal experience supporting workflows and automated processes
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical deliverables meet organizational goals and adhere to industry and ServiceNow best practices

Required

Deep understanding of ServiceNow's architecture and capabilities specifically regarding service portals, widgets, and pages
5+ years of experience in implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform
Implementation and support experience in ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS) or Customer Service Management (CSM)
Familiarity with implementation of NowAssist and Virtual Agent and how these capabilities typically are used with service portals
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or AngularJS
Integration knowledge connecting service portals to external systems and data sources using REST APIs
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Active secret clearance required
