Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and optimize software applications, including system builds, upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to analyze operational needs, evaluate software releases or new products, and recommend solutions that improve processes, system performance, and cost efficiency

Perform and document workflow assessments to define functional requirements and ensure optimal utilization of applications

Develop system test plans, execute testing for upgrades and patches, and maintain accurate test documentation

Support incident, problem, and change management processes, provide daily on-call support for application-related issues, and work within cross-functional teams to enable application integration that meets business and clinical needs

Work independently with general supervision, resolve moderately difficult issues, and contribute to project work by supporting smaller initiatives or components of larger projects related to software releases and implementations

Required

3 years of relevant experience with a degree

5+ years of relevant experience without a degree

3–5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing enterprise software applications

Experience with application builds, upgrades, patches, and system enhancements

Strong ability to analyze business or clinical workflows and document functional requirements

Experience developing test plans and performing system and upgrade testing

Familiarity with incident, problem, change, and service request management processes

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating application issues, upgrades, and enhancements

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field

Experience may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
