Chugh, LLP is a full-service Law and CPA firm seeking a dependable, tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to manage daily technology needs. The role involves providing IT support, maintaining business applications, troubleshooting user issues, and collaborating on system optimization.

Responsibilities

Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, and network systems

Maintain and support Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and other business applications

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly and professionally

Manage user accounts, passwords, backups, and basic cybersecurity tasks

Assist with equipment setup, upgrades, and technology improvements

Collaborate with management on system optimization and workflow improvements

Provide user training and clear IT guidance to staff when needed

Required

Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of IT responsibilities
