Coordinate, integrate, and analyze clinical processes across Health System using clinical information technology, process design, and evidence to improve patient care, quality, and financial goals
Work collaboratively on the design and implementation of technology to improve care and experiences of Health System’s patients, providers, team members
Engaged with national standards, professional disciplines, and vendor forums
Focus on governmental and value-based programs and interoperability including care everywhere, CareLink, and community connect
Qualification
Required
Coordinate, integrate, and analyze clinical processes across Health System using clinical information technology
Utilize process design and evidence to improve patient care, quality, and financial goals
Work collaboratively on the design and implementation of technology to improve care and experiences of Health System's patients, providers, and team members
Engage with national standards, professional disciplines, and vendor forums
Focus on governmental and value-based programs and interoperability including care everywhere, CareLink, and community connect
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, on-site one to two weeks per month
