Responsibilities

Responsible for compliant, effective and accurate preparation of loan documentation for various new, renewed and modified loans of varying complexity

Coordinate efforts with account officers, title companies, and other departments to obtain all required supporting documentation in accordance with the banks loan file compliance functions

Ensure that clients are served promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally

Assist the Documentation Manager in reviewing documents for accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations and bank policy

Responsible for assisting in training new loan personnel, monthly tracking and reporting functions

Make process improvement recommendations to the Documentation Manager

Perform all duties accurately, timely and efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines

Assist the Documentation Manager with projects and other duties as assigned
