Responsibilities

Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close to ensure accurate financial reporting
Reconcile transactions, investigate variances, and analyze sales performance across channels
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, delivering insights to guide decision-making
Investigate and resolve deductions, chargebacks, and payment issues with retail partners
Develop and maintain Excel-based models, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs and support growth initiatives

Advanced Excel proficiencyERP experienceAccountingFinancial modelingConsumer packaged goodsAnalytical skillsCommunication skillsCollaboration

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field required
2-4 years in accounting or finance
Advanced Excel proficiency required

Preferred

Background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or retail strongly preferred
ERP experience (NetSuite, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP) preferred
Familiarity with trade promotion management, deduction handling, and exposure to supply chain finance or demand planning analytics preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborate effectively across teams
