Octave is a modern mental health practice that offers both in-person and virtual therapy. They are seeking to partner with existing group practices in New York to provide excellent mental health care virtually, allowing clinicians to focus on client care while Octave manages backend operations.

Responsibilities

Provide therapy to adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other concerns
Use short-term, evidence-based approaches like CBT or DBT
Offer culturally responsive care
See clients virtually and/or in person (you must have your own office space to hold in-person sessions)

Qualification

Required

Must have at least 3 or more fully licensed clinicians who would be joining Octave
All clinicians must be fully licensed (no associate or intern level providers)
Licensed in New York (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD)
Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
At least 1 year of post-license experience
Training in therapies such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused treatments, or similar
Certain payor relationships may exclude you from employment
Master's Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

At least 2 years of post-license experience preferred
