Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Payable: enter bills, track due dates, maintain AP accuracy, communicate professionally with vendors
Handle Accounts Receivable: create invoices, send statements, track collections, follow up as needed
Perform payroll processing independently, with accuracy and timeliness
Provide support to our outside accounting firm during month-end and year-end processes
Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
Provide general administrative support as needed across the organization
Assist with coordinating communications, documentation, and workflow between departments
Help maintain office organization, supplies, and basic operational needs
Communicate clearly, politely, and professionally with vendors, customers, and team members
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Solid understanding of AR/AP workflows, invoicing, bill entry, payroll, and financial transactions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor
On-site position in Neenah, WI
Preferred
Experience in a small to medium-sized business environment
