Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents

Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the client's behalf when appropriate

Represent the client at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation
