Responsibilities

Accurately evaluating candidates based on contractual prerequisite, core competencies and cultural fit
Manage full life cycle recruitment efforts, as well as pipeline building and management; demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
Perform video interviews/phone screens to assess candidate’s aptitude; administer assessment and language testing; submit offer letters, coordinate with Security to facilitate background/security process; maintain relationships with candidates while in security phase
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Understand the market, business strategy and priorities, to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent
Managing the flow of employee referrals and candidates
Compiling and communicating recruiting data and metrics and ensuring compliance with hiring policies, practices, and company values
Proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
Experience using an applicant tracking system (Workday preferred) as well as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other social recruiting platforms; experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice – management reserves the right to revise these duties as necessary

Required

Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (an associate degree with two or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or more than four years of related experience may be substituted for a degree)
3 or more years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment
Must possess strong computer skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Teams
Ability to type 45 wpm
Ability to work independently in the field and exercise a high level of confidentiality
Ability to navigate via applicant tracking systems
Exceptional customer service, sourcing, and recruitment skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Ability to effectively communicate and push back where necessary
Ability to travel to job fairs when necessary

Prior government contract recruiting experience
