Responsibilities

Define and execute a data and analytics strategy aligned with enterprise and departmental priorities
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal stakeholders through consistent delivery and partnership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals, supporting performance and career growth
Ensure high-quality, scalable analytics solutions that deliver clear business impact
Maintain accountability for regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls
Identify and integrate industry trends and best practices into analytics processes and technology roadmaps
Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on decision-support and analytics solutions
Drive innovation by prioritizing work, managing capacity, and resolving delivery challenges
Partner with IT and data teams to strengthen enterprise data and information delivery capabilities
Provide thought leadership on data architecture, governance, and analytics standards

Required

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or a related technical or business role
3+ years of people leadership or team management experience
Proven success leading large-scale analytics or business intelligence initiatives
Strong expertise in BI platforms and data technologies (e.g., Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Hadoop, or similar)
Advanced communication skills with experience presenting to senior and executive leaders
Solid understanding of regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations

Preferred

Experience with HR data, people analytics, or HR technology platforms
Strong background in data modeling, data architecture, and analytics storytelling
Ability to align analytics solutions with broader business and enterprise strategy
