Cybersecurity Engineer – SCADA Tech

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and support of SCADA and ICS network security solutions
Configure and manage switches, routers, firewalls, and network security controls
Support LAN/WAN, VPN, VLAN, and routing environments
Secure and monitor ICS/SCADA protocols and network traffic
Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk mitigation activities
Develop and maintain network and security documentation
Collaborate with IT security teams and external consultants

Qualification

Network security solutionsICSSCADA protocolsRouting protocolsIndustrial network securityCybersecurity certifications

Required

Hands-on experience with network switches, routers, and firewalls
Experience with routing protocols such as EIGRP and BGP
Knowledge of ICS and SCADA protocols (e.g., Modbus, DNP3, CIP)
Experience securing enterprise or industrial network environments
High school diploma or GED plus relevant college coursework
Eight (8) years of relevant experience, including advanced technical-level experience

Preferred

5+ years of experience in ICS or SCADA environments
Relevant cybersecurity or networking certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP Security, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443)
