TEKsystems is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Business Analyst to support a full-scale ERP implementation. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements while ensuring successful deployment and user adoption of the ERP system.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Finance, HR, and Operations to gather and document business requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP solutions
Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications for ERP configuration and development
Work closely with project managers and implementation teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions
Participate in testing, training, and change management activities to support user adoption
Provide regular updates to leadership and contribute to project documentation and reporting

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite)
Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering techniques
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
Must be located in Hawai'i

Preferred

Preferred experience supporting RFP development and evaluation
