Responsibilities
Source, screen, and assess potential candidates using a variety of software applications
Work with clients and hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting strategies that solve their unique hiring challenges
Manage end-to-end candidate lifecycle; from first screen to offer close
“Hunt” for new business opportunities, and generate new prospective leads
Build and develop relationships with prospects, current clients, key accounts, TA partners, team-members, and other key-stakeholders to further the mission and goal of the company
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a recruitment or sales role
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Be intellectually curious about our market and industry. Looking to always learn and bring creative solutions to problems
Be highly coachable. Can take direction, wants to improve and willing to take feedback
Possess grit and determination. Won't stop at the first 'no' and will be persistent in their mission to do what's best for clients and candidates
