Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in real estate sales, property marketing, and pricing strategies
Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines efficiently with strong organizational skills
Knowledge of the Southern Nevada real estate market and industry regulations
Competency in customer relationship management tools and property marketing platforms
Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Dispo experience at large wholesale company a HUGE plus
Previous experience in dispositions or real estate sales roles is preferred
Real estate license or the ability to obtain one is highly desirable
