Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day execution of employee and independent contractor onboarding activities, ensuring timely completion and a consistent onboarding experience

Supervise, coach, and manage onboarding team members, including performance feedback and corrective action when necessary

Execute established onboarding workflows and communication campaigns to support new hires and contractors throughout the onboarding lifecycle

Partner with hiring managers to confirm operational readiness prior to new hire start dates

Track onboarding metrics, identify trends or issues, and escalate concerns to leadership as appropriate

Support orientation sessions by ensuring materials, systems access, and logistics are prepared and delivered accurately

Collaborate closely with HR, IT, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to resolve onboarding issues and ensure smooth handoffs

Maintain and audit onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with approved standards
