Serve as lead trial counsel and supervise associates and team members
Conduct and oversee all aspects of discovery
Draft, review and edit high-quality pleadings, motions and memoranda
Lead mediations and settlement negotiations
Provide leadership in trial preparation, trial execution and post-trial briefings
Qualification
Required
Experienced trial attorney
