Responsibilities

Support the Warehouse and Production Teams in maintaining accurate inventory controls and identifying areas for process improvement

Validate and reconcile inventory transactions in Parity Factory WMS and NetSuite to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational activities

Assist in investigating inventory discrepancies and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues

Participate in auditing physical inventory against system records and support adherence to reconciliation procedures

Generate routine inventory reporting and support KPI tracking

Assist with Parity Factory WMS and NetSuite transaction needs related to inventory control

Maintain documentation of inventory practices, procedures, and workflows

Provide support during peak periods and assist with Production and Warehouse tasks as needed, including manufacturing and warehouse processes

Support daily operational reporting and data needs
