Human Resources Assistant
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide hands-on support to their client's Human Resources and Recruitment team during a short-term contract. The role involves assisting with day-to-day HR operations, maintaining personnel records, supporting recruitment activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding
Maintain and update personnel records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, new hire packets, and compliance forms
Help monitor adherence to company policies and employment laws
Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred
