Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting ALM templates and standardizing templates
Creation of domain, projects, template projects, Users and User Groups and assigning users to the projects as an admin
Responsible to maintain and support the production and integration server of ALM
Responsible to administrate ALM server licenses
ALM reporting support
Experience in providing user access and their upgradation
Experience in handling Outages
Experience in Trouble shooting user issues
Handling Change requests and their deployment among various environments
Knowledge of ALM application modules(Dashboard, Management, Requirements, Testing and Defects)
Knowledge of SQL queries and hands-on experience in excel sheet
Establish application SOP, Runbook, and Work Instruction documents and ensure the support team follows change management processes
Better understanding of SDLC concepts
Knowledge of regulatory impacts (GxP, SOX, etc.) on data and processes in the Life Sciences industry
Proven experience working with Pharmaceutical GxP environment
Qualification
Required
Experience of working in ALM older versions and other versions including v12.50 and 15.5 with VERA version
