Responsibilities

Develop and onboard new SMB customers for social media content marketing

Collect and analyze customer feedback through conversations, surveys, and performance data

Provide structured feature requests to the YADI engineering team to guide product development

Compare performance across digital marketing vendors currently serving your agency clients and share actionable insights with YADI LLC

Act as an early partner in validating our content pipelines and customer workflows

Required

Proven experience operating or managing a social media agency

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to independently prospect, engage, and close new SMB customers

Experience in campaign analysis, reporting, and performance benchmarking

Familiarity with digital marketing trends across industries such as e-commerce, coaching, and real estate

Demonstrated ability to provide constructive feedback and collaborate with product teams
