In this role, you will lead the development of the Supply Chain Resiliency Program, identifying risks and creating solutions to enhance the supply chain's resilience against various threats.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 3 to 6 people responsible for managing risk across OPx team

Lead the development of an overall plan and timeline to mitigate supply chain risk, encompassing geo-political and geographical considerations

Collaborate with Account Management, SPE, PPM, Category Management, Operations, Materials, and Engineering teams to brainstorm solutions that mitigate supply chain risk exposure, including design and source change projects

Responsible for comprehensive planning, including resource planning, to ensure execution aligns with leadership expectations

Lead the team in defining and developing standard work to address identified risk exposure and improve project execution efficiency

Accountable for the team's execution of solutions to mitigate risks, including supplier manufacturing location transfers, source change projects, and design change projects

Oversee Project Management, working with BU Procurement teams to align with Functional, SBU, and Enterprise team members, prioritize projects, and secure resources to mitigate highest risk exposure

Ensure organizational adherence to standard work, including project tracking, documentation, and reporting; address roadblocks and escalate issues

Help deliver program status reviews to Executive Senior leadership, communicating project status, reduced risks, remaining actions, and required support or barriers

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

7 years of experience procurement

2 years of project management

2 years of category, operations or material management experience

Preferred

MBA or Master's degree in any engineering field
