Responsibilities
Support daily operational and administrative functions with a strong focus on accounting and financial processes
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and vendor records
Assist with budgets, funds tracking, financial reports, tax filings, and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinate insurance administration, credit applications, vendor onboarding, and compliance correspondence
Maintain organized financial and operational records; support property inspections, training, and general operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Candidates must be residing on the island to be considered
Strong understanding or hands-on experience with accounting functions, including AP/AR, budgeting, and financial reporting
High School Diploma
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism, customer service standards, and team support
Valid Driver's License and access to an insured vehicle
