Customer Service Representative

Will Customized Products provides custom-branded apparel and promotional merchandise. They are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Customer Service Representative to support their silk-screening operation, acting as the main point of contact between customers and the production team.

Act as the main point of contact between customers and the production team
Manage orders from initial inquiry to final delivery
Provide support to clients via email, phone and in person
Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders
Handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred

Experience in customer service or related field preferred
Experience in the screen printing process desired
Proficiency in order management software desired
