Responsibilities
Assemble and solder electronic boards and hardware systems
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronics at the board and system level
Test, inspect, and calibrate systems prior to shipment to ensure quality and performance
Package and prepare units for customer shipment
Maintain and update BOMs (Bills of Materials) and production records
Manage software license keys and configuration before shipping
Work with vendors for parts, cables, and assemblies
Track inventory, parts usage, and production status
Help improve production processes and documentation
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on electronics experience, including soldering
Experience with fine-pitch soldering and PCB rework
Comfortable using oscilloscopes and understanding their limitations
Ability to disassemble and reassemble electronic systems
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs
Familiarity with calibration, verification, or production test processes
Good documentation habits using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience in electronics
