Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate benefit provision, according to claims management, corporate policies & procedures and Department of Workers' Compensation laws and regulations
Proactively and independently, manage, finalize and control (adjust) an inventory
Collaborate with a team of claims professionals and other stakeholders
Serve as a resource to other team members and/or other internal staff
Ensure delivery of a high-quality claims product as demonstrated by successful execution of job duties
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (transcripts with a conferral date is acceptable)
More than 4 years of workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
Positive problem solver with a customer service mindset
Driven to excel even while working virtually
Great networker and communicator
Able to effectively manage a workers' compensation insurance claims caseload
Organized, great with time management, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
