MyRacehorse is scaling the future of fractional ownership in the racehorse industry. They are seeking a Director of Compliance & Regulatory Operations to partner with executive leadership in defining compliance strategy and ensuring regulatory alignment across various operations.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team to define compliance strategy and platform evolution

Own U.S. compliance operations across Reg A / Reg CF / Reg D offerings

Serve as the primary compliance interface with securities counsel, Broker-Dealers, and other regulated partners

Ensure regulatory alignment across marketing, social, product, and customer communications, with an emphasis on North America

Work cross-region to share compliance frameworks and best practices with teams in Australia and Europe

Oversee AML/KYC, investor suitability, filings, audits, and regulatory workflows

Collaborate closely with product and engineering to embed compliance into platform systems

Support international operations and future initiatives, including secondary liquidity and new ownership structures

Supervise an existing Compliance Manager and help determine how the compliance function scales globally
