Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls while maintaining a professional, well-organized office environment
Manage office maintenance, building management communication, supplies, and kitchen operations
Maintain office calendars, phone systems, and internal schedules, including key firm deadlines
Arrange business travel, support conference logistics, manage expense reports, and coordinate office events
Provide administrative support to principals and teams, including ad hoc assistance and personal travel coordination
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-8 years of administrative or office management experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress, and CRM platforms
Highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Preferred
Prior exposure to financial services or investment management environments preferred
Familiarity with professional services or investment office environments and associated administrative workflows
