Responsibilities

Respond to inbound client calls regarding brokerage accounts, cash management products, online and mobile platforms, and general account or financial inquiries
Deliver accurate, efficient, and professional service while consistently meeting departmental performance metrics
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance the client experience
Maintain a strong knowledge of brokerage operations, financial products, and digital service tools
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Adapt quickly to change and manage multiple priorities in a busy service center

Required

College Degree OR previous contact center / call center experience from 2 - 5 years
