New Grad, Entry LevelU-Haul is a leading company in the moving and storage industry, and they are seeking a Robotic Welding Technician to enhance their manufacturing plant's efficiency. In this role, you will program, troubleshoot, and oversee the operations of welding robots while ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities
Oversee the functions of robotic weld machines
Teach and train robot operators as well as programmers
Constantly improve cycle time and throughput by adjusting robot path and function
Ensure all jobsite safety procedures and standards are met
Work with technicians employed by machine’s proprietor
Diagnose and correct machine issues
Observe and implement company housekeeping, safety, and quality policies
Qualification
Required
Demonstrably high level of mechanical aptitude (non-traditional backgrounds welcome)
Able to communicate in English
Excellent computer skills
Able to travel for machine-specific training with robotic company
Knowledge and experience using the GMAW processes
Able to pass print reading, measurement and fraction/decimal conversion tests
Able to responsibly handle confidential information
