Regional President

Confidencial is seeking a Regional President to oversee overall business performance and strategy within the assigned region. The role involves full P&L responsibility, driving market expansion, and ensuring operational excellence while leading a strong regional leadership team.

Responsibilities

Serve as the senior executive responsible for overall business performance and strategy within the assigned region
Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, profitability, and cost management
Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with global corporate objectives
Lead and oversee all regional functions, including sales, operations, finance, marketing, and customer success
Drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships within the region
Ensure operational excellence, governance, and compliance with local laws, regulations, and corporate policies
Partner closely with global leadership to align regional execution with enterprise strategy
Build, lead, and develop a strong regional leadership team, ensuring talent development and succession planning
Monitor regional performance metrics and provide regular reporting to executive leadership and the board
Represent the company externally with key customers, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior or executive-level roles
Proven experience leading a region, country, or large business unit with full P&L responsibility
Strong strategic, commercial, and financial acumen
Exceptional executive presence and cross-cultural leadership capability
Deep understanding of regional markets, regulatory environments, and competitive dynamics
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred

MBA preferred
Experience in multinational or matrixed organizations is highly preferred
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is a strong advantage
