Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficiency and high-quality service

Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to meet company standards

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Assist with cash management, including handling cash drawers and end-of-shift reconciliations
