Responsibilities
Proactively generate and qualify leads within the RIA, Broker-Dealer, and financial advisor markets
Engage prospects through targeted outreach including calls, emails, webinars, direct meetings, trade shows, etc
Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to successful client onboarding
Work closely with sales teams, ensuring alignment and consistency in sales strategies and client messaging
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success departments to refine overall positioning and approach
Represent at strategic industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records detailing client interactions, pipeline status, and sales outcomes
Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights to senior leadership and the CMO
Qualification
Required
Hunter mentality – eagerness to make the calls and close deals
Proven ability to sell without inbound leads
Experience managing the full sales funnel (prospecting, lead generation, closing, onboarding)
Strong understanding of wealthtech and the RIA space
Turnkey Asset Management Platform 'TAMP' experience is a big plus
Experience recruiting (selling to) RIAs, Broker-Dealers, and/or Financial Advisors
Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20% to 50% of the time
