The Wall Street Journal is part of NYP Holdings, and they are seeking a Decider Features Intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital media, content creation, and social media strategy while contributing to exciting editorial projects.

Responsibilities
Conduct research for content that the Decider team is working on, including articles, lists, and video projects
Gather and edit digital assets (images, GIFs, screencaps, and videos) that will bring Decider’s features to life
Participate in content planning meetings, pitching fresh and exciting ideas for blog posts, galleries, videos, and standalone social media content
Execute approved content on Decider.com and across social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat), helping to engage our audience and expand our reach
Assist the Social Media Editor in developing and optimizing Decider’s social media strategy to boost audience engagement and drive traffic
Qualification
Required
Open to current juniors and seniors pursuing a BA, MA students, and recent graduates who completed their degree within the past year
A pop culture enthusiast with a deep knowledge of both current and classic entertainment trends
A creative thinker who can come up with fresh, engaging ideas that will resonate with Decider's audience
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, social-friendly content
A multitasker who can handle multiple assignments at once while maintaining excellent time-management
An eager team player who's excited to learn and contribute to Decider's exciting projects
Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a must
Preferred
Experience with WordPress is highly beneficial!
