Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional business strategy focused on growth, quality, and operational consistency
Oversee daily branch operations and ensure all Midwest locations meet or exceed performance targets
Partner with executive leadership to analyze P&L results, forecast performance, and drive continuous improvement
Build and mentor high-performing management teams through accountability, coaching, and leadership development
Identify efficiencies that reduce cost, streamline workflows, and enhance client experience
Lead regional business development, strengthen client partnerships, and expand market share
Collaborate across departments on budgeting, estimating, safety, and compliance initiatives
Represent the organization in regional trade associations and industry events to enhance visibility and influence
Qualification
Required
15+ years of progressive leadership in exterior building services, construction, or related industries
Proven success leading multi-branch or regional operations with full P&L responsibility
Exceptional financial, analytical, and operational management skills
Ability to recruit, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Strategic mindset with a track record of executing growth and efficiency plans
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Contractor's license or willingness to obtain within six months
Travel: Up to 50% across the Midwest region
