Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and enhance fan engagement
Proficiency in Sports Marketing to design and execute gameday promotions and fan engagement activations
Experience in Sales and the ability to drive successful promotional activities and partnerships
Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field is required
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
Preferred
Passion for sports, event management, and community engagement is highly valued
