The role involves supporting day-to-day transactional accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close activities, providing an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and mentorship.

Responsibilities

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

Prepare and post journal entries under supervision

Support month-end and year-end close processes

Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations

Maintain accurate and organized financial records

Assist with expense reports and credit card reconciliations

Support audits and internal financial reviews as needed

Perform ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in AccountingBasic accounting principlesMicrosoft ExcelAccounting software proficiencyWillingness to learnCommunication skillsAttention to detailOrganization skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)

0-1 year of accounting or finance-related experience (internships count)

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Preferred

Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and VLOOKUP a plus)
