Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficiency and quality service
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to achieve company standards
Address customer concerns promptly to foster a positive guest experience
Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Assist with cash management, including drawer handling and end-of-shift reconciliations
Support management in implementing company policies and procedures
