Responsibilities

Run and monitor automated equipment, keeping production on target and within specifications
Perform precision inspections with gauges/fixtures and apply statistical oversight to verify quality
Complete optical tool inspections, mechanical and negative checks, assemblies, and changeovers
Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime
Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) in every task
Document accurately, uphold quality control, and finish required training on time
Handle materials safely and maintain a clean, compliant work area
Meet individual job requirements while supporting continuous and regulatory improvement

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication
Work hours: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM EST (2nd shift)

Prior manufacturing experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
