Adaptability and enthusiasm to learn about Sleep Number products and actively participate in training and team activities

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred

Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory

Additional education in sales or business is a plus
